Della is the manager of the marketing resources department. This department is responsible for the firm’s performance calculations and presentations and responds to manager search proposals, database updates, and questionnaires from the institutional communities. She oversees GIPS performance compliance and due diligence information for the firm. Before joining Brandes, Della was the operations manager at an investment counseling firm. She was responsible for client and consultant relations as well as trading and portfolio management. Prior to that, she worked for a financial management firm. She earned her BA degree from the University of California, Irvine. She has 22 years of investment experience.

Della is a founding member of the Professional Association of Investment Communications Resources (PAICR). She has served on the Board of Directors for four years and currently serves on the Advisory Board. She has co-chaired two national conferences in 2003 and 2006. In 2007, she passed the Certificate in Investment Performance Management expert exam and has earned the CIPM designation.
