Susan is a Marketing Manager in Vanguard’s International division responsible for multi-channel marketing activities outside of the U.S. related to Vanguard’s proprietary research. Previously, she oversaw marketing efforts for Vanguard’s Americas-ex U.S. business in the Caribbean, Canada and Latin America. Prior to joining International in 2005, Susan was a Relationship Manager for Vanguard’s U.S.-based institutional advisory clients. Susan has been with Vanguard for over 13 years. Prior to joining Vanguard, Susan held various client service, underwriting, and sales positions at Prudential Life Insurance Company and Lincoln Financial Group.

Susan received her B.A. in Political Science and Communication Arts from Ursinus College and graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania State University MBA program with a concentration in finance. Susan completed the AIMSE/Wharton Marketing and Investment Management program as well as a post-graduate marketing certificate program at the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an international trade law and business certificate from The Philadelphia Institute. Susan is an active member of the Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR) having served as Co-Chair for the 2011 annual conference. Susan also sits on the marketing committee.
