PAICR Members to Learn How to Succeed in Tomorrow’s Market at 2008 RFP Conference May 19 in New York City

Princeton Junction, NJ – April 14, 2008 – On Monday, May 19, 2008, The Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR) will hold its 2008 RFP Conference at the Marriott East Side Hotel in New York City.

The theme for the conference, “The New Frontier: How to Succeed in Tomorrow’s Market,” provides PAICR members with the resources in order to prepare for the future of the investment management industry.

During the conference, members will participate in workshops, roundtable discussions, and general sessions where they will gain insight into the challenges currently facing the investment management industry. Founding Partner of Casey, Quirk, & Associates, David J. Bauer, will deliver the keynote speech entitled “How to Succeed in Tomorrow’s Market,” where attendees will learn how the management industry is evolving in order to meet “client’s challenging needs” and what is needed to achieve future success.

“The RFP Conference gives PAICR a chance to focus on the pressing issues affecting this marketing specialization within the investment management industry,” said Jill Brogan, president of PAICR. “We look forward to preparing RFP and database specialists for what they can do to stay competitive in this changing business climate.”

Through the RFP Peer Exhibit & Contest, PAICR members will have the opportunity to display their firm’s RFPs. Submissions will be displayed during the conference for peer review. Attendees will vote on Best of Show and the winner will be announced at the close of the conference.
