PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ – February 7, 2011 – The Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources (PAICR) welcomes its Board of Directors for 2011. Deann Geistler, Sr. Marketing Strategist at Principal Global Investors, has been elected President of the association. She succeeds Rick Gagnon, President of Compass Institutional Marketing, and Gloria Vitro, Marketing Support Manager at William Blair & Company, who co-led PAICR in 2010, serving as President and Chairperson, respectively. Geistler previously served as Vice President of PAICR.
PAICR also announced additional changes to the Executive Committee: Lisa Weaver, Marketing Manager of AAM will serve as Vice President. Kari Brett, Investment Product Advisor at Principal Global Investors, will serve as Treasurer and Marlene D. Petter, Vice President of Marketing Communications at Delaware Investments, will serve as Secretary.
“I hope to build on the momentum of 2010 and continue to grow PAICR in 2011. I look forward to working together with the Board to enhance the investment marketing and communications industry as a whole,” said Geistler.
