The goal of the PAICR Mentoring Program is to provide members an opportunity to build sustainable developmental alliances. The program encourages members to seek mentoring partnerships as a way of enhancing their leadership, business, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Program Objective: The objective of the PAICR Mentor Program is to provide members of PAICR with an opportunity to build a direct relationship with another industry professional who can provide guidance, friendship and be a resource for you.

Guidelines for Mentees

Would you like to have a mentor or be a mentor? If yes, good news!!! For details on the program, read on!

Here’s how the program works:

1. Review guidelines for an effective mentor or mentee.
   
2. Express your interest in the mentoring program as a mentor or mentee by submitting an application.
3. Get matched.
4. The Mentor Committee will invite the mentor and mentee to a 10 minute introduction call.
5. If you are the mentor, contact your new mentee and set up the first meeting (this helps set the stage for ongoing communication).
6. Meet regularly during the year and consider enrolling in the program again.

Intent: The intent of the Mentor/Mentee relationship is to offer personal growth, career development, and greater success by providing a stress-free forum for communication, education and idea generation. Mentors can have a significant impact on the development and success of their Mentees’ careers and personal fulfillment.
